Venue Responsibilities

The venue will:

​✓ Inform client of service provider name and obtain approval for contact information to be shared with provider.
✓ Coordinate booking details with the event client
✓ Communicate any schedule updates or changes that have been shared with the venue per the event client 

Client Responsibilities

The event client will:

✓ Provide accurate event details and timeline information
✓ Communicate important requests or changes
✓ Provide final event agenda and schedule updates
✓ Payment for any additional services or products 

Margarita Alamillo Photography LLC Responsibilities

We will:

✓ Provide professional photography and/or videography coverage
✓ Capture the event according to the selected package
✓ Deliver professionally edited final products
✓ Provide a consistent and elevated client experience
✓ Maintain professional communication throughout the process

Premium -1 

1. 14 hours of photo and video coverage - Coverage from two video cameras and one photography camera​ 2. Pre-event session (1 to 2 hours) - Delivery of a digital gallery with 30 edited photos for your slideshow. - Custom Picture USB Case set:​ USB (crystal/acrylic) that contains up to 400 edited high-resolution images of the event coverage. - 60 printed 5x7 in photos - Printed photograph -Size 20x30 or 2x6 foot banner. 3. Edited video with a duration of approximately 2 hours. 4. Delivered in a custom case with an acrylic crystal USB 5. Slideshow for the presentation of the venue​
